MCShannon wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. In the sad event that you feel the print is not what you wanted, please send us an email with in forty days after the print was shipped. Include in your email, your name, title and number of the print. We will reply with a return authorization number. Do not return the print with out a return authorization number. The print must be returned in its original form and container, along with the signed certificate. We will inspect the print for any damage, destroy your certificate and return your payment promptly. Be sure not to alter or mar the print in any manner. If the print is not in its original condition we will not refund your payment.
